WHEN IT WAS THE COOL THING TO DO!

when band class was all you had to look forward too.

when you sat next to eachother in a concert holding the same instrument

when you had a million inside jokes together.

when you said whatever you wanted to.. stupid, funny, cool

when you did everything cause you thought it was the thing to do

when you tried to boil an egg on the sidewalk and you failed

when you didnt have to set a day a week before to hang out you just did everyday.

when you could tell eachother everything

when you could take a million pictures together.

when you could always laugh together without fail.

when you rafted down provo river and laughed the whole way down.

when you spent countless summers together.

when your boyfriends were best friends, or brothers.

when you knew absolutely everything about eachother

when you had each others back.

when you both liked the same music, the same movies, food.

Those were the days, when having a best friend was the cool

thing to do,,

i had the best one.

growing up is not so cool anymore.

i wanna be back in the day when nothing mattered,

but you and your best friend

and a good time.
