me and you, we were "us"

no one will ever have that.

we Lived a perfect summer love

one that i will never forget.

we made memories,

oh more memories than you could even imagine.

we were inseperable.

we loved, we laughed, we lived.

the days we had, hiking to waterfalls

and laying beneath them just watching the clouds

and listening to the water,

the days we were ourselves

we were weird but thats what made us perfect.

having cd wars (until you cut open my lip)

running to your room to have you chasing close

behind and catching me and twirling me around

in the air and setting me on your dresser

kissing me and telling me i couldnt be in there.

" one day you will realize i only did that to have

you chase me and twirl me around in the air"

i felt like your princess when you did that.

the countless nights talking on the phone all night

even when you fell asleep just listening to you

breath, put me to sleep.

your voice gave me butterflies

along with your hugs, and kisses.

I loved you for everything you were.

but there comes a day for every relationship to end

and ours came to soon,

the day you moved broke my heart

i still wonder what we could have been.

I still like to know that you still remember

our memories talking about them even

if it just is once in a great while its still nice

to know you remember..

and maybe one day i will see you again

and we will pass with a friendly smile and remember

what we had together a summer love that

neither of us will ever forget.
