My perspective on this thing called life

I want to play again.

I just want to be able to sit down again and just let it all out

and not fumble over every note and not have to stop a thousand

times trying to find the right fingering.

I want to be able to play like i use to. no stopping to think, no messing notes up.

one day I will be as good as I used to be.

I played for 8 years,

than I made the biggest mistake of my life, and gave it up

because back than I thought my friends, and track was more important

I skipped lessons way to often for meets, and just because

I didnt want to leave my friends house yet.

was I dumb, and do I regret giving it up?

Yes

I would take it back in a heart beat.
